How Do You Recover the Voice After Being Sick?

Usually illness throws off the right balance you need in the voice when you sing. The sound is usually very ‘weighty’ and ‘chesty.’ Congestion can make the sound nasal as well. The exercise I am singing here is one I find very useful to help get back into the swing of things. 😁

Side note: A pure "u" vowel gets you out of singing in the nasal cavities. It also is a great vowel to help drop the larynx and sing relaxed.
